A: Close and reopen the app, check your internet connection, and if that fails, uninstall and reinstall.
Q: I bought Premium but it's not active.
A: Check that the subscription is active in Play Store, then log out and back in. Still stuck? Email us with a receipt screenshot.
Q: My purchased credits disappeared.
A: Credits are tied to your account. On a new device, sign in with the same account. If they're truly gone, email us the details.
Q: I want to become an astrologer on the platform.
A: Open the app โ Profile โ Astrologer Mode โ submit your details and portfolio, then wait for admin approval.
Q: How do I report an inappropriate astrologer?
A: Use the Report button on the session page, or email us with the session ID.
